Scott Allsman
Scott Allsman, PTA, graduated from Belleville Area College, now known as Southwestern Illinois College, with a physical therapist assistant degree in 1999. Scott has worked with Alton Memorial Hospital since 1986. Scott has experience in outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing therapy. Scott teaches in Alton Memorial Hospital’s pre-operative Joint Wellness Center to successfully prepare each patient scheduled for total hip or total knee joint replacement surgery and rehabilitation. Scott is also a certified CPR instructor. Scott and wife Beth have two children and live in Alhambra.
Adam Barciszewski
Adam Barciszewski, PT, graduated from Maryville University with his Masters in Physical Therapy in 2007. Prior to coming to Alton Memorial Hospital, Adam worked around the area and in Northwest Arkansas. Adam has experience in both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy and enjoys working with all sorts of patients with multiple diagnoses, but he is partial to patients with CVA's and vestibular/balance issues. Adam is married to his wife, Kaitlyn. They have one child and live in Highland. Adam likes to read, attempt to make the perfect smoked turkey breast and take road trips.
Laura Bastin
Laura Bastin, MS, CCC-SLP, graduated from SIUE with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 1993. Laura has been with Alton Memorial Hospital since 2004. Laura is certified in Vital Stimulation swallowing therapy and Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) for Parkinson's disease. Laura works with pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients with a variety of speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. She has experience in acute care, sub-acute care, home health care, skilled nursing units, and outpatient therapy. Laura participates in the BJC Professional Development Program and has obtained the highest level of clinical expertise. Traveling and planning travels with her husband Mark is her favorite pastime.
Jared Beck
Jared Beck, OTR/L, graduated from Rockhurst University in 2021. Jared joined the Alton Memorial Hospital team in 2024. Jared has experience in working with a diverse set of populations from children to older adults. Jared enjoys hiking, kayaking, and gardening in his free time.
Caitlin Bryant
Caitlin “Cait” Bryant PT, DPT, COMT joined Alton Memorial Hospital’s Team in August 2022. She graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University in 2013. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from SLU in 2011. She became a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist in 2018 and a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist in 2021. Cait is a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist and treats all diagnoses relating to the pelvic floor, with a special interest in pregnancy and post-partum care. Cait loves to spend time with her husband, daughter and dog, enjoys running, and experiencing new foods.
Taylor Cobbel
Taylor Cobbel, PT, DPT, MBA joined Alton Memorial Hospital in July 2016 upon earning a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Ill. Prior to PT school, she attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Most recently, she earned a Masters in Business Administration from Webster University in Saint Louis in 2021. She enjoys working in the outpatient setting with both orthopedic and neurological patients throughout the lifespan. Taylor’s passion is assessing and treating patients with vestibular and balance dysfunction, and she has received advanced training in vestibular rehabilitation. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her husband, Ethan.
JoEllen Corona
JoEllen Corona, MS CCC SLP, graduated from SIUE with her master's degree in 1990. JoEllen has been with Alton Memorial Hospital since 1994, starting the hospital’s in-house speech therapy program. JoEllen is certified in vital stimulation swallowing therapy and LSVT Loud. She works with a wide variety of populations including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. JoEllen also enjoys working with voice patients and head/neck cancer patients post radiation.
Beth Eldridge
Beth Eldridge, PTA, graduated from Belleville Area College, now known as Southwestern Illinois College, in 1990. Beth has worked for Alton Memorial Hospital since 2007. Beth has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, skilled nursing, and home health. She has experience working with adults and geriatrics, general medical and orthopedics. Beth lives in Jerseyville with her husband Mark and two daughters.
Callie Feldman
Callie Feldman OTR/L, graduated from Maryville University with a masters in Occupational Therapy in 2015. She also completed the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program at Lewis and Clark Community College in 2009 and worked as a COTA for a year and a half before starting at Maryville. Callie has worked at Alton Memorial since 2015. She works in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Callie has experience in hand therapy and orthosis fabrication. She enjoys working with all populations but her passion is working with hand injuries, both traumatic and non-traumatic. She became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist in 2019 and is now treating this specialty population. Callie lives in Godfrey with her husband, daughter, and son. When no working she enjoys spending time with her family, spending time outdoors, and riding her horse.
Jennifer Hauschild
Jennifer Hauschild, MS, OTR/L, CHT recently joined the Human Motion Institute rehabilitation team in January of 2020. Jennifer is a 1997 graduate of the Occupational Therapy program at Washington University in St. Louis. Her 22 years of experience as an occupational therapist include a wide variety of treatment settings including inpatient rehabilitation, home health, acute care, and outpatient services. She began her specialization in upper extremity rehabilitation in 2010 and earned her Certification in Hand Therapy in 2015. Jennifer and her husband, Rich are parents to their three children and reside in Edwardsville. Their favorite past times are travelling, boating, water sports, hiking, biking and all things outdoors.
Shannon Heeren
Shannon Heeren, MPT, graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a master’s in Physical Therapy in 2006. Shannon has 15 years of experience working with orthopedic conditions. She specializes with post-surgical patients, chronic pain, orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and soft tissue dysfunctions. Shannon has advanced training with muscle energy techniques, myofascial release, taping techniques, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), and myofascial cupping. Shannon enjoys fishing and gardening with her husband. She also likes to sew and play her guitar.
Sue Heinz
Sue Heinz, PT, graduated from Maryville University with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy in 1994. Sue began her career at Alton Memorial Hospital during college and following graduation. After a nine-year stent away from AMH, she has been back with AMH since 2005. Sue works mostly in the outpatient department addressing impairments of orthopedic and neurological origin including balance issues. She has completed Myofascial Cupping Practitioner Certification. Sue also performs mobility evaluations for those needing wheelchairs and power scooters. Sue lives in Godfrey with husband Jeff, and they have two daughters. Sue also is the head volleyball coach at Marquette Catholic High School.
Ami Jarman
Ami Jarman, COTA/L, CLT, graduated from Lewis & Clark Community College in 2010 with an Associates of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy. She has worked for Alton Memorial Hospital since January 2013. Ami has a variety of experience working with pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics in the outpatient and inpatient settings. She became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist in August 2022. She has started treating lymphedema patients in the outpatient setting. Ami is married to her high school sweetheart, Dustin, and they have boy/girl twins and two spoiled dogs. She enjoys all sports, but loves the St. Louis Cardinals. When she isn’t cheering on or helping coach her kids sports, she loves running in her free time.
Angela Kramer
Angela Kramer, M.S. CCC-SLP, graduated from Missouri State University in 2016 with clinical experience ranging from toddlers through geriatrics. Angela joined Alton Memorial Hospital in January of 2022 after working in the Alton Community School District for 5 and a half years working with a range of students from 4 to 21 years old. Angela enjoys knitting and crocheting, reading, learning instruments, and playing with her cat Mary Catkins in her free time.
Kari Loehr
Kari Loehr, OTR/L, graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2019 and continued with her education at Maryville University where she graduated with a Masters of Occupational therapy degree in 2022. Kari enjoys working with pediatric patients and is excited to join the pediatric outpatient team. Kari also enjoys working with adult acute medical patients as well as adult outpatients. Kari enjoys coaching and playing volleyball on her free time.
Greg Lorsbach
John "Greg" Lorsbach, PT, graduated from Maryville University in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Greg has been with BJC since 2002 at Alton Memorial Hospital, Missouri Baptist Hospital and return to Alton Memorial Hospital in 2007. He has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient orthopedics, and hospital-based outpatient and inpatient services. He has specialized in vestibular rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedics and acute inpatient rehabilitation. Greg enjoys spending time with his wife Jill and three children.
Laura Maher
Laura Maher, M.S., CCC-SLP, graduated from Fontbonne University with a bachelor's degree in Deaf Education in 2004 and a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology with an emphasis in Deafness in 2006. Laura started at Alton Memorial Hospital as a Speech Therapist in 2021 after working for Child and Family Connections; Early Intervention program for 15 years in the Madison County area. A large part of Laura's experience comes from the 0-3 pediatric population, with a variety of speech and language developmental disorders. However, Laura works with pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients with a variety of speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. Laura was born and raised in Jerseyville; however, she is now a resident of Dorsey and enjoys a small farm with her husband and three boys.
Juliann Marth
Juliann “Julz” Marth, PT, DPT, OCS, COMT joined Alton Memorial Hospital’s Team in December 2021. Julz graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Washington University School of Medicine in 2015. Prior to PT school, she attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Julz has worked in outpatient orthopedics since graduating from PT school and became a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2018. She enjoys utilizing a variety of treatment approaches including manual therapy/IASTM, blood flow restriction training, and focusing on restoring joint kinematics and movements patterns to decrease pain and improve function in patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions. Julz also treats patients with vestibular disorders and is a credentialed ImPACT Trained Physical Therapist for treating patients with post-concussion syndrome. Julz and her husband live in Wood River and are enjoying their new roles as parents to their daughter, Emma!
Todd Meiser
Todd Meiser, PT, graduated from Maryville University with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy in 1994. Todd began his career at Alton Memorial Hospital in January of 2020. Todd focuses on post-surgical rehabilitation and sports rehabilitation. Todd lives in Bethalto with wife Brenda, and they have two daughters and a son.
Lindsey Midkiff
Lindsey Midkiff received her DPT/MBA when she graduated from Southwest Baptist University with a doctorate in Physical Therapy and Master of Business Administration. Lindsey has clinical experience in stroke rehabilitation and outpatient. She loves doing watercolor painting, reading (fiction/fantasy), and video games.
Theresa Miller
Theresa Miller, PTA, graduated from Belleville Area College, now known as Southwestern Illinois College, in 1988. She has worked for Alton Memorial Hospital since 1989. Theresa’s experience is primarily in outpatient; nevertheless, Theresa also has experience in acute, skilled nursing, nursing home and home health. Theresa and husband Mike reside in Bethalto. They have two sons.
Grace Mormino
Grace P. Mormino, OTR/L, graduated from University of Missouri-Columbia in 1984 with a bachelor’s degree in Health Related Science/Occupational Therapy. Grace has worked at Alton Memorial Hospital since March 2013, specializing in pediatric outpatient therapy. She also enjoys working with adult acute medical patients as well as adult outpatients. She has worked within a variety of OT settings including skilled nursing, extended care, outpatient and school-based settings. Grace is a St. Louis native but has loved being an Alton resident for a long time. Grace and husband Sam are the parents of one daughter.
Judi O’Hearn
Judi O’Hearn PT, DPT, MHS started her career as a physical therapist assistant in 1986 with her associates degree from SIU-C. She earned her bachelor of Physical Therapy from University of Health Sciences/The Chicago Medical School in 1990, a masters of Health Sciences in Physical Therapy, and a post-professional Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, both from Washington University. Judi has experience treating a wide variety of adult patients, including post-op total joint and general surgery patients, orthopedics, amputees, cardiopulmonary conditions, neurological conditions, and geriatric patients with generalized weakness and falls. She is also able to work with vertigo/vestibular patients and provides mobility evaluations for individuals needing a manual or power wheelchair, or scooter. She transferred to AMH in 2019 after working for BJC Home Care for 20 years. In her spare time Judi enjoys spending time with her family and friends and an active lifestyle including boating, watersports and spending time on the lake.
Lisa Pace
Lisa Pace, PTA, graduated from Belleville Area College, now known as Southwestern Illinois College, in 1994 with a physical therapist assistant degree. Lisa has worked at Alton Memorial Hospital since 1993. Lisa has experience in outpatient and inpatient care as well as home health and early intervention. She has attained Level II Clinician in the BJC Rehabilitation Professional Development Program. Lisa also teaches in Alton Memorial Hospital’s pre-operative Joint Wellness Center to successfully prepare each patient scheduled for total hip or total knee joint replacement surgery and rehabilitation.
Kari Pinkard
Kari Pinkard is an Alton native who graduated from Saint Louis University in 2006. She has worked for BJC for 15 years, starting at Christian Hospital and then coming to Alton Memorial in 2020. Kari’s primary work is in acute/inpatient therapy. She enjoys working with all patients but has a passion for ICU, neuro and orthopedic patients. Kari lives with her husband and children in Jerseyville.
Tracy Pitts
Tracy Pitts, MPT, graduated from Maryville University with a master's degree in Physical Therapy in 2009. She began work at Alton Memorial Hospital as a student in 2005 and continued as a physical therapist. Since graduating, Tracy has worked mainly with the pediatric population. She practiced physical therapy in the school-based setting for five years along with working at AMH. Tracy loves working with all ages but has a heart and passion for pediatrics. Tracy and her husband Duane have three energetic boys.
Kayla Price
Kayla Price, MS, CCC-SLP, graduated from Western Illinois University with her master’s degree in 2017. Kayla joined the team at Alton Memorial Hospital in January 2023 after working in a skilled nursing setting with adult and geriatric patients for five years. She also has experience working with outpatient pediatric patients. Kayla enjoys working with patients to improve cognition, voice, and swallowing. She is certified in the SPEAK OUT! Parkinson’s voice program. Kayla lives in Moro with her husband, Blake, and two children. In her free time, Kayla enjoys being with family, spending time outside, boating, and keeping up with sports.
Kari Roberts
Kari Roberts, PT, graduated from SIUE with a masters in Exercise Physiology in 1997; and from Maryville University in 2004 with a masters in Physical Therapy. Kari has been with Alton Memorial Hospital since 2017 and has an extensive background in post-surgical orthopedic patients, work comp injuries, and has worked with athletes in strength and conditioning, and rehabbing from injuries. Kari also has advanced training in spinal mobilization, manual techniques, taping, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and pain management. Kari and Kevin Roberts live in Jerseyville with their four children.

Kevin Roberts, PT, graduated from Southwest Baptist University with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy in 1994. Kevin has been with Alton Memorial Hospital since 2017. Kevin has an extensive background in outpatient orthopedics, post-surgical patients, and industrial rehabilitation working with injured workers. Kevin and Kari Roberts live in Jerseyville with their four children.

Julie Rogers, PTA, graduated from Belleville Area College, now known as Southwestern Illinois College, in 1997 with an AAS Physical Therapist Assistant. Julie has worked at Alton Memorial Hospital since 1989 and has experience in inpatient, outpatient, and pediatrics. Julie has advanced training in taping as well as Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and Myofascial Cupping Practitioner Certification. Julie and husband Bruce live in Godfrey. They have two adult children.
Morgan Schelling
Morgan Schelling, OTR/L, graduated from Saint Louis University in 2003 with a degree in occupational science and occupational therapy. Morgan has experience in a variety of settings including acute care, skilled nursing, home care, and inpatient rehabilitation. Morgan enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities but particularly enjoys working with clients who have had acute neurological and orthopedic conditions. Morgan lives in Worden with her husband Josh and their two children. She loves spending time with family and friends, cooking, and gardening.
Amy Verbanaz
Amy Verbanaz, OTR/L, CLT: graduated from Saint Louis University with a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Science in 2010; and a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2011. Amy has been with AMH since 2012. She works in both the outpatient and acute setting. Amy enjoys working with a wide variety of diagnoses. She became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist in 2019 and now specializes in lymphedema treatment. When not working, Amy loves being physically active, traveling, and spending time with her husband Shawn, family and friends.
Billy Weissert
Billy Weissert, PT, MPT, COMT joined Alton Memorial Hospital’s Team in November 2023. He graduated with a Master of Physical Therapy degree from St. Louis University in 2003. He has more than 20 years’ experience in outpatient orthopedics, specializing in manual therapy, sports physical therapy, general orthopedics and post-surgical care. He enjoys helping patients from all walks of life, including Division I athletes, weekend warriors and elderly individuals return to activities they love. Billy lives in Collinsville with his wife, Lauren. They have a daughter and a son, plus a dog and two cats, and enjoy traveling and being outdoors. Billy loves to exercise, watch and play sports, and family time.
Chris Wickenhauser
Chris was born and raised in the Alton/Godfrey area and resides there with his family. He attended Marquette Catholic High school and completed the PTA program at SWIC in Belleville. Chris and his long-time girlfriend have a 1-year-old daughter and an 11-year-old Husky together. Chris is a huge fan of soccer and grew up playing the game. In his free time, Chris enjoys being outdoors hiking, playing tennis, and traveling. Before joining the BJC family he was employed with Apex PT in Bethalto.
Megan Wittich
Megan Wittich graduated from Maryville University with a Masters of Occupational Therapy in 2023. Before joining the AMH therapy team, Megan completed her student clinical assignments at Missouri Baptist Medical Center and the Human Motion Institute. She enjoys working in both the inpatient and adult outpatient settings with a variety of populations. Megan lives in Alton with her fiancé, Adam. She enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, playing golf, and kayaking, as well as spending time with family and friends.
Sue Walker
Susan Walker, PT, MBA, graduated from University of Evansville with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy in 1990 and Lindenwood University with a Master of Business Administration in 2009. Sue has been with Alton Memorial Hospital as the manager of Rehabilitation Services since 2005. Sue and husband Jon have three sons and live in Bethalto.
