Greg Vlacich, MD, radiation oncology
Dr. Vlacich is medical director of Radiation Oncology at AMH, with offices in Medical Office Building C (618.433.7979) on the AMH campus. He is an assistant professor of radiation oncology at Washington University School of Medicine, and a Siteman Cancer Center member. Dr. Vlacich earned his medical degree from the University of Chicago/Pritzker School of Medicine in 2009. He also earned a doctorate in Molecular Genetics and Cell Biology from Pritzker.
Chris Aldridge, MD,
Dr. Aldridge earned his medical degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2007, then completed an internship and residency at Saint Louis University Hospital. He was the chief resident in General Surgery at SLU Hospital his last year before joining Alton Surgery and the AMH staff in 2012. He is a 1998 graduate of Alton High School. Alton Surgery is located in Suite 230 of Medical Office Building B (618.462.3191
) on the campus of Alton Memorial Hospital.
Matthew Musielak, MD, general surgery
Dr. Musielak earned his medical degree from Ross University and graduated with high honors in 2009. He then completed his general surgery residency at Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati, where he served as chief resident during his last year. He joined Alton Surgery in June 2019. Alton Surgery is located in Suite 230 of Medical Office Building B (618-462-3191) on the campus of Alton Memorial Hospital.
Kaycee Evers, FNP-C, general surgery
Kaycee is a board-certified family nurse practitioner working with Dr. Chris Aldridge and Dr. Matthew Musielak at Alton Surgery (618.462.3191, Suite 230 of Medical Office Building B on the AMH campus). She earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing at Maryville University. She practiced previously at Alton Memorial Hospital as an acute care and ICU nurse. Kaycee provides clinical assessment of the need for surgical services, history and physical exams, medication review, post-operative clinical assessment including incision site management, and suture and staple removal.
Arjun Sivaranam, MD, urology
Dr. Sivaraman is a board-certified urologist with the Washington University Physicians of Illinois urology office in Suite 205 of Medical Office Building A on the AMH campus (618.463.7174). He completed a fellowship in urologic oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, a fellowship in robotic urologic surgery in Paris, and a urology residency at St. John’s Medical College in India. He is also a member of the American Urology Association.
Gerald Andriole, MD, urology
Dr. Andriole is a board-certified urologist and chief of Washington University Urology. He is with the Washington University Physicians of Illinois urology office in Suite 205 of Medical Office Building A on the AMH campus (618.463.7174). Dr. Andriole completed a fellowship at the National Cancer Institute in Rockville, Md., a urology residency at Harvard Medical School and a surgery residency at University of Rochester in Rochester, NY. He is a member of the American Urology Association.
Kelsey Brown, FNP-C, urology
Kelsey earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2013 and her MSN at Maryville University in 2018. She collaborates with Dr. Sivaranam and Dr. Andriole at the Washington University Physicians of Illinois urology office in Suite 205 of Medical Office Building A on the AMH campus (618.463.7174).
John Felder, MD, plastic surgery
Dr. Felder is with Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Suite 101 of Medical Office Building A on the AMH campus (618.433.6006). He completed his Plastic Surgery residency at Georgetown University. He did a year-long fellowship in hand and peripheral nerve surgery at Washington University.
Lorilee Sebesta, FNP-C, plastic surgery
Lorilee earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from SIUE in 2010 and her MSN from SIUE in 2017. She collaborates with Dr. Felder at Plastic & Reconstructiver Surgery, Suite 101 of Medical Office Building A on the AMH campus (618.433.6006) and also performs the monthly free skin cancer screenings at AMH.
Ahmad Karadaghy, MD, gastroenterology
Dr. Karadaghy has been the AMH medical staff for more than 15 years. He performs colonoscopies in the AMH Digestive Health Center, and appointments can be scheduled by calling 618.463.7874. Dr. Karadaghy also performs gastric balloon placement (non-surgical weight-loss).
David Riedel, MD, gastroenterology

Erica Card, FNP-C, gastroenterology
Erica received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2017. She collaborates with Dr. Karadaghy and Dr. Riedel at BJCMG Gastroenterology, located in Medical Office Building B, 4 Memorial Drive, Suite 230, on the Alton Memorial Hospital campus (618.463.7874).
Mary Schinkel, DO, otolaryngology
Dr. Schinkel is with the BJC Medical Group ENT Specialists of Alton (618.433.6416) located in Suite 230 of Medical Office Building B on the AMH campus. She received her medical degree in 2006 from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. She then completed a general surgery internship in St. Louis in 2007 and her Otorhinolaryngology/facial plastic surgery residency in 2011.
Charles, Schrank, MD, radiology
On the AMH staff since 1991, Dr. Schranck has been the chairman of Medical Imaging since 2011. He earned his medical degree at Creighton University. Dr. Schrank’s past experience includes chief of Radiology at Griffiss Air Force Base in New York. He and his wife, Julie, have nine children.

Dr. Shady has been on staff at Alton Memorial since 1994. The St. Louis native earned his medical degree at Saint Louis University and did his Residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Jewish Hospital/Washington University Medical Center.
Samuel Essma, MD, radiology
Dr. Essma has been on staff at Alton Memorial since 1992. A native of Maryland, he earned his medical degree at Saint Louis University School of Medicine and did his Residency in General Radiology at Truman Medical Center at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
